So the other day I decided I wanted to go fishing. I set it up about a week ahead of time. The day I plan to go, my Dad tells me that there was no way I was going. Good thing my mom picked me up. So DangerMouse and I drive to the local creak.

If you're like me and you believe the wackos at NASA, chances are you buy into the theory that the universe is constantly expanding. While its impossible to know by exactly what degree, astronomers believe it to be at a rate of 70.8 (km/sec)/Megaparsec, driven primarily by (a very cool sounding) dark energy.
While it's unscientific, for all intents and purposes of this article, we can say the universe is growing to infinity (or at least, really, really big).

Portal 2 has been unoffically announced! On x-Play, Valve's Kim Swift inadvertently announced that Portal 2 is in the works!
"I believe Doug Lombardi, who is our lead marketing director at Valve, has announced Portal 2, so we can’t wait!”
This "accidental" announcement might not work out well for Swift, but it works out well for us! Now the only question remaining is, will there be more cake?

In Portal, flinging is possible due to the property of Portals such that "speedy thing goes in, speedy thing comes out." In the game, GlaDos explains that momentum is conserved. However, those who remember Physics 101 know that Momentum equals mass times velocity. This makes momentum into what is known as a vector. But in the game, the direction will change depending on the Portal's position. So is momentum really conserved?

If you've been around these parts before, you may have seen Nurta talk about Schrödinger's cat. If you're like me, you had no idea what was so special about any cat, much less Schrödinger's. Evidently, Nurta wasn't just pulling stuff out of his ass and in fact put me and all other informed people to shame.
Schrödinger's Cat is real...
Or is it?
